MG22 mechanism of generation
Our MG22 having steam generating unit at inside of chamber, it is possible to generate electric power externally.
※limited to the lineup with a steam generator
Power generation capacity is a large power with 2kw (DC), and it will continue to generate power forever as long as the thermal decomposition is followed.
In case of running 24 hours 360days, it is possible to use generated electric power for operating control panel and opening/closing lid of device, and, to use for other variety too.
By charging with large-sized battery, it is also possible to charge the generated electricity.
Not only continue pyrolysis without fuel, just at the same time, power generation and decomposition of organic matter, that is, MG22 it is the future type of organic matter processing treatment.

Principle decomposition of organic matter
- Keeping the condition increasing temperature inside of decomposition chamber without outside air, it will be negative pressure.
- In the negative pressure state, blowing the air from the outside flow into the device below a certain temperature.
- The air passes through a strong magnetic field in the magnet system generator, it will become the plasma state on or around 300°C of inside temperature.
※Plasma: state molecules constituting the gas is ionized, i.e., a state in which flying freely divided into the electrons with the ions and negative charges having positive charge - Thin atmospheric oxygen in the air reacts to this plasma, in the strong and active negative ion by radicalized.
※radical: the outer periphery of the normal atoms and molecules are kept stable by the two pairs electrons. It refers to that the electrons become unpaired state, In this state attempts to regulate rob electrons from other atoms or molecules showing a vigorous reaction. - Negative ions react with the carbon molecules of organic matter at inside of chamber, are introduced into the decomposition room organic matter, it will cause a violent thermal decomposition reaction.
- At the same time reacts with harmful substances by the action of the negative ions, ash and exhaust gases residue is changed into harmless stable material.
- Creating steam from the heat energy generated by reaction in the thermal decomposition, it will be converted the energy through a steam turbine generator.
※It is also possible to create a hot water from thermal energy
Examples of organic matter

Recycling Recycle Bale Cardboard Cardboard
1.Business-based organic matter: corrugated cardboard, paper, and dried cattle dung, and dried food residues and construction wastes, etc
2.Wood-based organic matter: thinned wood-stricken timber, and suffered wood, dry pruning material, old, sawdust, etc.
3.Agriculture-based organic matter: rice cake shell, rice, wheat straw, agricultural polyethylene, etc.
4.Chemical-based organic material: plastic bottles, plastic, plastic compounds, chemical fiber, paper diapers, tire, etc.
※In case of moisture content more than 30%, it is required to dry, or, introduce with other dry organic matter as mixture.
※It is more valid for organic matter is valid having a high content of carbon among the organic matter. (Rice husk, wood)
※It does not for vinyl chloride system.
