Why is dioxin not generated?
Dioxin does not occur in processing by the MH 22.
The reason is simple.
It is not “burning” but “pyrolysis”.
Combustion is a state in which organic matter itself burns and flames come out, but pyrolysis is deprived of molecules from atoms at atomic level and organic matter is decomposed.
Naturally, ascending air current does not occur, so it does not splash outside.
Rubber based organic materials such as tires usually produce graphite when burned, but smoke and smell do not occur when processed with MG22. All processing is completed in the processing equipment and exhaust gas treatment scrubber.
In the case of processing tires, the efficiency of decomposition is better if you throw it down on a chip with a cutting machine. The wire (metal) and glass fiber (glass) in the tire remain in the residue after treatment.
